This summer took me on one of the wildest back-to-back adventures of my photography career. Within just two weeks, I had the honor of documenting two beautiful weddings in completely different corners of the country: one in the warm Florida sunshine, and the other surrounded by the crisp coastal charm of Maine.
The first stop was Florida, where Gabrielle and Brent’s wedding day unfolded in Mineola. The Florida heat didn’t hold back, but neither did their love. Their celebration was full of golden light, joy, and the kind of southern warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. From intimate getting-ready moments to dancing under the palms, every detail reflected their story — vibrant, lively, and full of heart.
Just two weeks later, I found myself trading palm trees for pine trees as I headed north to Maine for Sam and Tyler’s wedding. The contrast couldn’t have been more breathtaking. Where Florida had given us glowing sunsets and warm breezes, Maine offered rugged coastlines, salty air, and the kind of scenery that feels like it’s straight out of a painting. Their day was relaxed yet deeply emotional, filled with quiet, intentional moments that reminded me why I love telling love stories through my lens.
Traveling from one extreme of the country to the other in such a short span was exhilarating. These two weddings, so unique yet equally meaningful, reminded me that love takes root anywhere — under swaying palms or beside crashing waves. As a photographer, I couldn’t ask for a better gift than being invited into these moments, capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
